International Day of the Girl, 2022
We celebrate the 10th anniversary of International Day of the Girl in 2022. (IDG). Governments, lawmakers, and the general public have all paid more attention to issues that affect girls during the past ten years, and there have also been more opportunities for girls to speak out on a worldwide scale. Yet, girls continue to suffer unimaginable obstacles to their education, to their physical and mental health, and to the safeguards necessary for a life free from abuse.
